We have reached the very last series of the season. Arkansas takes on Oregon State in the College World Series Finals. It will be the high octane offense of the Razorbacks vs Nick Madrigals Beavers. This will be an entertaining series because both teams not only have great offenses but also tremendous pitching.
The Beavers were without star center fielder Steven Kwan, but managed to fight through the losers bracket to make it to the finals. Lead by 4th overall pick Nick Madrigal, they are an insane team with only 11 losses on the season. Luke Heimlich leads the Beavers on pitching and also lead the country with a 0.76 ERA and a record of 16-2. Oregon State likes to play small ball but they are going to need to play long ball going against the high powered Arkansas offense who averages over 10 runs a game.
Led by Ace pitcher Blaine Knight, the Razorbacks give him the ball for game one and IMO theres no one in the country other than Singer for Florida who I trust more than Knight with the ball. He’s a stud for sure. The first 3 hitters in the lineup have 13+ home runs and literally everyone in the lineup rakes. They knocked off the defending Champs in Florida and they are just riding the wave right now. They are playing some good baseball so its hard for me to not favor them to be the champs.
