“KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) – Court documents show a woman broke into Kansas City Royals star Danny Duffy’s home last Saturday.
Tabytha C. Yeary has been charged with second-degree burglary in connection.
Documents state that Duffy was away and got a notification from a Ring surveillance system.
Duffy watched the video feed as an unknown woman walked around inside his home.
When police arrived, they found the woman walking down the stairs in Duffy’s clothing. The woman told police she thought his home was an Airbnb.
Records also state she later told police her fiance was Elon Musk, but “it was not the same Elon Musk that we have seen.”
Police discovered a Playstation 4 controller inside the woman’s purse.”
No doubt that this woman was about to pull off the robbery of the century. She had an entire crew lined up, and the plan was simple. Wait until the Royals go out of town, break into Danny Duffy’s house, get a UHAUL over there, clean the place out, and then act like you’ve never been there. Unfortunately Danny Duffy started meddling, and she had to act like she had no idea what was going on. I mean, that’s just what it sounds like to me.
Or there’s the possibility that this woman was really drunk or a crackhead. That sounds realistic too.
Thinking it was an Airbnb. Putting on the guy’s clothing. Being engaged to Elon Musk (that really might be true, maybe there is a different Elon Musk), and then the random PS4 controller in the purse. These are all behaviors of the incoherent.
Good for Duffy for having a lot of money to have his own surveillance cameras so he can watch his house when he isn’t home. Must be nice. It’s a luxury I’m sure I’ll never be able to afford.
And good luck to Tabytha Yeary. I’m gonna try to keep up with this story so I can see how things workout for her in court.
