I never really do this but just got off the phone with a good friend/reporter in LA.
LeBron to the Lakers is about to be officially done.

Well there it is. Lebron is going to LA. Surely to God Paul George is too. I doubt the Lakers are able to trade for Kawhi, but he could always sign there next off-season. And now a new super team has been born.
Is Lebron and Paul George with an improved Lonzo Ball good enough to beat the Warriors? Probably not. Add Kawhi in there? Getting closer. I honestly don’t care if the Warriors win every title for the rest of the league’s history. Just as long as they have tough competition. And now, there’s a three team competition in the West between LA, Golden State, and Houston. Should be entertaining to watch.
In the East, you have the 76ers and the Celtics. You’re crazy if you don’t think the Celtics are going to win the East next year with a healthy Kyrie and Hayward. No matter how much the young talent of the 76ers improves, it’ll be Boston’s conference.
I doubt that Boston will have enough to get by any of those three Western Conference Champions. But like I said, I don’t care. As long as it’s entertaining.
