This is insane. 4 years $120 Mil for a guy on the tail end of his career is crazy. That’s is just the way NBA contract are now I guess. New TV deals for the league means players will demand more money. Also K-Love got them a ring and is the only one from the original big 3 of Lebron and Kyrie to stick around.
He is 29 years old and has had a plethora of injuries throughout this career and the cavs break the bank for him. If I were the cavs I would have tanked this year and hope Collin Sexton is the real deal so you can…. A). Get a good draft pick B). Attract free agent next summer.
