Ohtani undoubtedly proved to everyone that he belongs in the Major Leagues, and he’s going to be an exciting player for years to come. Hopefully he can figure out this whole UCL injury shit, though.
And by the way, the scout isn’t really dead. Does he feel a little dead for being totally wrong about this guy? Probably. But he’s still very much alive.
